As long as the modchip is off, the retail dash is running (of course) and you're using a retail game, you're fine. best bet, is to make sure your XBL account was created after you upgraded your HDD. The serial of the HDD is married to the EEPROM, which is Married to the mobo. look i didnt read much but its this simple... IF U NEVER BEEN ON XBL then u can upgrade hd and use sid 4 or 4.5 perferably and u wont get ban period!>.....
its this simple think abou it.... for the first time u go to xbox live .... it registers ur , hd serial kernal and eeprom.... if u nevver been on xbl then how they know its retail hd or not? AS LONG AS EVERYTIN IS RETAIL and u dont cheat or mods on xbl then u wont get ban!.....
i have a 200gb maxtor and i havnt gotten ban the past half yr .... cuz i never been on xbl with the xbox so it never registerd the info..... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
