Hey all, I have a ver 1.0 motherboard that I removed the RAM from. I have resistors, capacitors, heatsinks, A/V sockets, lan socket, everything else but RAM . I can send the small stuff in envelopes but the bigger stuff, I can put in boxes. Envelope parts, just cover postage. I will also sell the board for $15 shipped. So if you need a small piece or two, you know where to find one. Board was frag because of an attempted pinheader install from ebay. Couldn't pass the deal up _________________

How are you going to remove it? (not a screwdriver I hope? )
Will all of the legs be straight?
I'm looking to set it on top of the TSOP in my V1.1 so I can boot and re-flash it, do you think that this will work? _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

Hey cash is fine, I don't charge for change... I removed it last night by desoldering, no, not by screwdriver. The ram was a lot tougher to remove than the tsop. All the pins are straight. I'm guessing you probably can't just lay it on top of your old one. I can install it for you if you don't trust your soldering skills enough. Let me know what you want to do. Oh yeah, its a hynix chip if you wanted to know. _________________

Yes, there is an eeprom, but I bought the board from ebay, so there's no way of finding out if it was on LIVE b4, no harddrive either. I suppose if you erased your eeprom on a 1.0-1.5 box, and now it's not working, the eeprom would come in handy?
