As you can see, there are plenty of ways to obtain the software you wish.

I was really looking for another way without using bit torrent when I wouldn't have to pay I didn't think to ftp it
also now that I have it my xbox screen freezes black what can I do to remedy that (my box is retail and my dash is up to date)

I got the file directly from the torrent placed the installer and AUF zip in my xbox using action replay turn off the xbox restart it with the 007 agent under fire (not platinum) then I went to load mission. after that the xbox led turns orange then I waited up to a hour and it stayd that way I repeated the whole thing a couple times but it still froze after it said loading
also this is a retailed xbox no mods and it has a 5960 dashboard

ok so u downloaded the 2 files? then drag ed them to the ar software? on mem card section? ..... then put those files on the xbox ms dash? then put the disc power off and power on xbox w/disc in ? _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Did you unrar the entire torrent prior to the drag over?
Perhaps you have the PAL version and need the NTSC version.
Ususally orange means a video issue.

also
would it help to say that anytime I transfer saves then load them through the game it usually says that the data is corrupt or unable to load

The saves say the version. Specifically I believe they identify themselves as PAL and if it doesn't say PAL then it's NTFC. The data corruption might be that the file hasn't been unrared and you are saving a rar file to the memcard. But that's a guess. I never unziped the folder with the save files becuse when I do and the try and drag it over to action replay it does not recognize it as a save also all the pre saves are zipped to even though they don't work
