I've already failed at making the cd to hotswap my Xbox. Something about a linux file being made, that I can't run. Besides I'd have to take the cd drive out of the "good" computer and but it into the "bad" computer so that it can read a burned disc. I think I might end up buying another Xbox.

im starting to sound like a broken record:
try it with a game in it still when you do the swap....i was having problems with the timing too....but havin a game in it insures its unlocked.... _________________
