i was wondering if theres any good tutorials or if someone could post one about how to use aid3.0 with a cdrw, i dont have a dvd burner so this would be very helpful, i have tried several times burning aid3.0 onto cdrws and when i pop them in my xbox nothing happens, also i was wondering how to upgrade my sid4.0 with the sid4.5 thats in the aid3.0 file, and one last thing, since cdrws are smaller than dvdr is it possible to install stuff after i already install aid3.0? _________________ "Pain has a face, allow me to show it to you."

well.
firstly you need to know that xboxes have trouble reading CDRW's.. Only the SAMSUNG XBOX DVDROM will read just about any CDRW/CDR.. So hopefully you have that drive.
add to the list once you find the brand that works with you drive.
also, you can check without opening your xbox on what drive you have. check that links on the bottom of the XBOX COMPAT page.

The CDRWs im using work fine when i burn music on them and then play them on the ms dash, when i put the auto installer on the cdrw and then put it in the xbox it says unknown at the top right hand corner (im using sid4.0) _________________ "Pain has a face, allow me to show it to you."

how are you burning the iso, what speed, program and your burn options?
it should work properly if you burn the iso to just about any cd-rw, (memorex cd-rw and dvd-r are best and reads on all xbox versions to date) _________________ Xbox v1.1
