I tried to install SID 4, but after selecting "checkpoints" on splinter cell, I get error 21 and the foreign language screen. Same error came up when I tried to use 007. I am stuck. Appreciate any help in getting SID 4 past the error 21 screen.

how many files did u install? u need 2 one is the 007 game save file and the 2nd is the linux..
does the xbox work normaly other then not loading the installer?

xbox works fine with games. The SID Manual says that when using 007 you select "load mission", then "xbox hard drive." After I do that I get error 21. There is no mention of linux in the manual regarding use of the 007 gamesave. I can't get to the SID 4 installer, as I can't get past this error 21 problem. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

gus, you really need to watch what you are saying in these forums. More and more people join each and everyday and more often than not, they are children/teenagers just as eager as we are to mod there xboxes. remember that this is a family oriented site and that you need to try to keep those words/phrases out of the HQ.

Hi
My xbox has the splinter cell install,it has been working fine for about a week but i played a retail game in it last night for the first time..........it worked fine but now when i switch my xbox on it comes up with error 21 and lots of foreign green writing.I cannot play any games could anyone help me please.

Sorry, Chris sometimes our members get off topic.
When you put in the game, did you accidentally try and go online? The biggest thing with a softmod is, when you try to hop on live, it's going to try and update your C drive. And everything you modded and patched will go to chit.
Try resoftmodding your box using the game of your choice. But just remember not to worry, error 21 and most of the errors now adays we can just shrug off . You're still good, homie . _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
