I think it is a web browswer - I used it for that purpose - but I don't have a HD TV and internet is designed for better res than an old TV screen like mine. that's basically all it is. A simple web browser made for your xbox. you only need your xbox conroller to use it. You can use it on any TV but Hi res is better, but not mandatory. I will try to get pix and a link or d/l tomorrow.
