Thanks forahobby....and is it true that they fixed any little bugs like a better DVD for the 1.5? Ive seen bits on it but im afraid I dont understand it much.

Hey slamscaper, what's shaking? Did you get your mod yet?? As far as DVD drives, M$ will always be notorious for having crappy hardware. Thank god the HD's that we mod with aren't specifically made for M$!! The difference between the 1.5 xbox and 1.6 xbox is pretty substantial. First, there's a different chip inside. There is no TSOP either! There are a couple chips available now that will work on the 1.6 xbox, but there is extra wiring procedures to do. I have uploaded a tutorial that shows how to install the Xenium Ice chip on both 1.5's and 1.6's

No unfortuantly no mod yet. I came across some Halo editon Xbox's earlier this month and picked them up. So I havent had enough to get another Xbox to mod. Im trying to get one of thses Halo Xbox modded. Does your site themodgod.com take in xbox's and then mod them? Thanks.

I can help you out. I know you are in the states, so you can also check some sponsors here too and see if they will mod your own machine. I know possibly some are out of the U.S.A. so if worse comes to worse, I don't have a problem with it, but I'm not a sponsor....yet..
