In the sid4 unleashx screen where it tells what version xbox you have its blank for mine, since the xbox im doing is a year 2005 from april im think'n it must be a v1.6 maybe, but anyway i installed the softmod on a v1.6 before and it worked 100% but on this xbox at the moment after i finshed the install it just booted to the MS$ dashboard from power or eject button but with the power button i kinda struggles like i wants to load to evox but doesnt it just loads to a version on the Ms dash which then loads to a black screen when you try to run a game (the led is red when turned on from the power btn) and thats it nothing,.... i tryied dual boot and single boot install modes, no luck and the dash version is D:1.00.5960.01,
so why does it work in one xboxv1.6 and not another, whats up with it

SID 4 works on all verions, all I can think of is a step was missed.

No its still doesnt work, when i boot from power btn it boots to MSDASH, so since it goes to Msdash (instead or Xboxdash right?) so since its not going to evox could i just rename Evoxdash to Msdash and then the power btn would then load to evox or would this screw the whole thing up
No its OK, i found out whats wrong its a problem with evox because unleashx works just fine
