Can anyone tell me how to get a lost dashboard back? I was just playing around in the dashboard of my softmodded xbox and i turned it off and an error named i think error 15 . But the games still play but i have a modded containment so i can't get on xbox live without getting banned can anyone help me please?

Oh By the way, you may have to do a hotswap, Do you have AID 2.11 or 3.0? try running that if you do. _________________

No i don't have hotswap and i can't see my xbox from my computer also.. so i would have to burn it to a cd if possable

Wow your uber new, ok hotswap is away of recovering a xbox from a softmod mess up, now the softmod you used is it Sid 3, 4, 4.5? _________________

Ok... I understand now but my smartftp isn't seeing my xbox. What do i do in that case?

Are you using a router or directly connected to the xbox on your PC?
You can link your xbox to your router and enable DHCP in the network settings of unleashx, restart the xbox to unleashx, then just type in ftp://xbox:xbox@192.168.x.xxx <<<<<your xbox IP Adress in a M$ InternetExplorer window and edit the files like that. Then you wouldn't need flashfxp or any other ftp program to deal with. That is, if you have a router.
If you are not using the router, then you can set it up this way.
