For those of you that don't know, PL is the standared headphone plug
(like you have in MDs and other mobile players)
I have Zalman 5.1 Serround headphones and I REALLY want to use them with my XBOX but the only 5.1 output I can get is digital (optic or RCA)
If someone can PLEASE tell me how to get 3 "PL" outputs :
Rfont, Rear and Center

I have a similar situation.
My crappy 5.1 stereo doesn't have a digital decoder so requires 6 channel input through 6 RCA cables (frontL, frontR, rearL, rearR, center, woofer).
[these 6 rca cables are the equivalent to your 3 PL cables)
Unfortunatly the xbox either outputs as stereo or as digital (coax or optical). So to decode the 5.1 surround signal you would have to run the digital connection through a digital receiver then output it to your speakers or 5.1 headphones.
Unless someone programs some software to decode the signal then output it through a hardware mod, I have no idea how to get decoded 5.1 straight from the box.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong (or create the mod hehe)
In the meantime I'm stuck with shitty prologic
