i hear that there is a PSP emu for xbox out there somewhere. is it true? if so can i find it in the usual places?

I've heard rumors of a psp emulator in development for the pc, and they are already developing dual screen emulators for pc, dont know if they run any actual games besides freeware and what not yet, but i doubt they will port over to xbox, well at least i doubt the psp will.
