I have no files becasue I formatted the hard drives.
Now as for the ide cable swap I tried that from the AID2.11 manual. Although it doesn't say swap Ide I still tried it. My problem was the cd/rw burned the iso created with iso win using dvd decrypter but booting my computer without hard drives in it did work at all. It wouldn't boot from the cd drive no matter if I set up the boot sequence or not. I used the pause break.It worked fine. I used the space bar but I got errors and no
xboxhd1.9 program. I'm so lost. I'll try it again using you tutoral and see if it is different. Thank you for coming in here and having the desire to help us fix our F#$@ Ups.

Thanks man I got it to work and fixed one of the xboxes!!!
It didn't work on the 2nd one. I got an error code of 16 everytime I tried to unlock the hd. Itried the xboxhd anyway and it wouldn't let me pick any of the options 1-7.
Don't know what the #16 means in terms of fixing it, but I happy I have the 1st one fixed.
