I have no problem with people having their opinion but it would be nice if guys actually supported the site instead of just leeching our info, files and advice while telling us our stuff is too expensive.
The HQ Sites cost $1000's of dollars to run everyyear and i normally pay it out of my own pocket. The T-Shirts are priced that way to help me not have to pay the full amount on my own and since they were imported etc they did cost alot more to organise.
btw. If you had bothered to purchase a tshirt you would know they are the best quality tshirt and last for years.
DKoots.. I noticed your running SID5.. let me guess who paid for the bandwidth for you to download that and also who helped DJB with organising things on SID. Thats right me, its always me.
Id like to see Dkoots run these sites and pay all the bills and see how easy it is. One of these sites alone is bad enough as it is. It takes alot of work and time to get these sites the way they are. It also takes more than 1 person alone to do it all so thats why the admins are always more than happy when we get people posting their submissions.

yeah i think some people that have bad opinions should keep them to themselves because 1 vs a network of users is not a wise choice

Yes, it would be good considering the last time i had a real holiday (more then 3-4 days off) was in the year 2000 when i went to melbourne for new years to see 40 bands and 25 dj's play in a huge outdoor concert.
JP45's right 1 v.s the HQ Network just aint going to work. Also if you think it is so unfair just don't come back to the site's because we don't want you here if you are going to make stupid comments about small things which is going to cause more problems.

Hold up guys. I never once said I wasn't going to buy one of the shirts. And Wes, I even offered to send you $20 when you helped me out to show my appreciation. I never lashed out at any of you guys. I appreciate everything that has come from this site and I have not done anything to prove otherwise. I'm in a real bad position in my life right now. I'm sure we have all been there. My first post about this was actually to get a bigger picture so I could see the shirt. Why does anybody else get heat when they say something like a HDD or something is too much money for them to spend. _________________

I also never said this wesbite was cheap or easy to run. I never said anything about this website other than it's awesome. So where do you get off saying that I can take over if I want to? After seeing what happened when that guy said he was offended by Wes213's avatar and what is happening to me now, It's not safe to say anything on your mind anymore unless it's a question about your XBOX. We shouldn't be like that. This is a free country and we can say whatever we want to. I was just saying I don't have the money to blow on that right now. I will without a doubt though send my support to DJB or Hobbs sometime soon. I can't believe this crap. _________________

The main point is that the money from this stuff is not just for the the stuff but to keep the site going so us modders and game lovers have a home.
If i bitch about the price of some hdd then so be it but to bitch about the price of an item that helps keep the site going is like saying the help you get is not woth it.
I asked for nothing for helping you and even said i was happy to help so if you still feel my help was worth 20 bucks just get a shirt or a jewel, helping the site will in the end help me since this is my home, so you buying a shirt or jewel is like helping pay the rent and getting something in return, no land lord will do that for you. lol
Dont think of it as your buying a shirt or a jewel, think of it as a charitable donations that comes with a free gift.
Hobbs aint here to rip us off just give us a place to chat and share info and sometimes he needs are help so its just not cool to say he is asking too much from us.
If Hobbs payed for dinner i wold at least like to leve a tip and thats what the Ts and jewels are just a tip for makeing all this for us.

Thanks for talking to me about this instead of leaving foul remarks about me. I don't think that's right. When I get some extra money to spend. I told Hobbs himself that I would love to help the site out. I guess I should keep to myself so everyone doesn't flip out on me for saying how I feel. Sorry guys, I'm dirt and I don't deserve an opinion. Shame on me.

Man i pay my bills and by the time im done i got just enuff for gas and smokes so i see the poor mans side of it but im not in here saying the stuff is over priced or that i can make it myself.
When it comes to my avatar the site had my back cuz its my right but you have the right to say what you want and did, just no one shared your point about the price of something you are not forced to buy.
If you feel that something is too much dont buy it but dont tell the seller its too much and you can make your own, it will just end with a pissed off seller.

Understandable. I think it's funny everyone saw what they wanted. Nobody saw where I did ask for bigger pics so I could see what was for sale.
I said my car cost too much, but I still bought it and drive it everyday. It's just a comment. Life is full of them. Again, I never said I wasn't going to buy one.
