Good. I'm glad that they are cracking down on that sort of thing. It is what jeapardizes those of us that want to do LEGAL things with our modded XBoxes.
Just want to make sure everyone understands that the ILLEGAL part of what those guys did was trying to sell 77 PIRATED games preinstalled on the HDD of the modded XBox.

So they could of sold the modified boxes legally at that store, IF they didn't have any games or apps (DVD2Xbox) pre-installed on the HDD. Just the chip and HDD?
They were asking for a sting-op by going so commercial with a frowned upon business. that's true, or else they would shutdown the dream X sellers.
the part was the pre-installed games, and the hacked bios, i assume, since the rest could be legal, including chip, hdd, and homebrew applications.

Ya, that's why I was rolling my eyes at the news story. Once again someone confuses mods with pirates. Mods don't sell Xboxes modded with games pre-installed.
