When my character is in the main part of a map, the voice-overs are audible and the subtitiles go at normal speed, however when I duck into a room such as a bar, all the NPC's I talk to have no voice-overs whatsoever and the subtitles blaze by so that I can't even read them. Is this a common problem? Tonight was the first night I tried my DVD backup on my modded xbox _________________ XBOX v1.6:

Yes I am playing the first KotOR. The second on (The Sith Lords) plays fine as a backup on DVD and off the HDD. Any info? _________________ XBOX v1.6:

For anyone still interested, I solved the problem of the bad KOTOR backup by using moogui. What a great utility. The reason the previous backups didn't work wasn't a problem with the media I was using. The problem was that the original file structure was being changed by iso creators such as Craxtion4 and CXboxTool. For example, instead of the original layout staying as - AGDBFCHJIE, CXboxTool and Craxtion4 rearranged the layout to a more logical (but problematic) - ABCDEFGHIJ (which is not how the original layout was intended to be). Moogui keeps the original layout structure in mind while creating the iso and now my KOTOR backup runs smoothly, with the voice acting functioning as normal. It's a great tool, and I highly recommend it to those who create a lot of backups. _________________ XBOX v1.6:
