OK, so like i said in the subject, i dont have the eeprom or the unlock key and i am tryin to upgrade my xbox to a 250gig hard drive. i have tried the tutorials using my other xboxs eeprom backup files and all but cant seem to get it workin. is there something different that i need to do? i am using the xboxhdm program thing to do all this and i have just grabbed everything from my other xbox (c,e, and eeprom folders). any help will be greatly appreciated.
PS i keep getting a error codes 6,7, and recently 16.

i forgot to add that both of these xboxs are soft modded.

dude if they are softmodded you can take a backup of the eeprom with evox or configmagic.
the one that i am trying to upgrade the harddrive got formatted and so i cant get a backup of the eeprom. i tried to backup the eeprom from the second xbox but it isnt workin i keep getting those errors. it doesnt even work on the one the i backed it up on.
