OK I'm running pnFlashGames module v0.4 Plus Plus ++(vip version) and oldcomponent.php would a fresh install do any harm, or is there a way that I can check mysql database? _________________ cheers,

hi pudbad,
Everything looks ok to me bro..
Sounds to me like you may need to reinstall..
Try reinstalling the module again.
Just remember to backup as always too.
sorry for any dramas but i cant see why only your site stopped working.
HQ and all other pnFlashgames HQ modules are working fine as far as im aware of apart from the latest PHPNUKES.
Thanks, forahobby, if you have some free time can you give this a quick glance and see if you see any conflicts. i assume it may be a conflict with nuke platinum

if it was working i cant see why it would just stop mate..
Have you installed anything new on your server lately..
Maybe ask your host if they have changed any settings which could be causing these POST SCORES functions to stop working.
no other reports so far mate..
anyway, im testing this weekend on official PHPNUKE versions..
If people can submit FULL PHPNUKE PLATINUM files tot he downlads area i will check them to but i can go searching to donwload for these files.
talk son
hope its something simple as i will have a quick look
That's strange, I just checked that out and i'm not sure why that was on the index file i sent you.
I double checked and my current index.php has the correct code. I think I'm going to have to go with the reinstall, is it possible to save the current scores from database then reinstall and load the scores table back from the saved document?
Also do you think that something with nuke platinum is conflicting with your arcade mod, or could it possibly be a block that is causing problems.
I notice that when it tries to save scores it says 'transferring data from mestupid.com' but never seems to reach where it is trying to go. _________________ cheers,

Yup, Do a export on all the hi-scores to a .sql file.
Once you install the fresh version and new databse you can then inject the scores..

Yes, More then likely because it works just fine on normal platinmum installs.. I noticed in your rooter index.php you have all sorts of stuff getting posted to it.. It could be alot of things since you have so many mods installed.

I could do tests for you but i need full ftp/mysql and admin access to the module..
l8r andgood luck with it.. Im sure you will figure it out.

Hey Forahobby, my last recorded score was about 3 months ago, I've done no upgrades or theme changes, any suggestions?
I just installed pnFlashGames on Phpnuke 7.8.0.31 (New install) on both windows and red hat servers on the 15 of Nov. and the only scores I have recorded is on the 15th. Nothing after that. I have reinstalled everything and still nothing. I was trying to install more games but no games are recording scores.
Is this the only line to add to the index.php (root)?
// Save Score for Old pnFlashGames Component
include("modules/Flash_Games/includes/oldcomponent.php");

Yes, Thats right..
Since you are running on of the latest versions of PHPNUKE that i havent tested with i would say that are stopping POSTS to the index.php file in your /root/mainfile.php
Check it out to see if its stopping any posting data..
Anyway, im working on finishing some other stuff right now but ill do my best to help when ive got more time.
Ofcourse if you get it working please let us know your fix.
