hi guys!!!!
I am new to xbox .When i bought the xbox the guy said that the xbox has alladin 2 chip installed i hadent a clue wat is that???i want to know what is the way i can know which mod chip is installed in my xbox?????and if there isnt any which is most recomended to buy and install!!!!!plz help me out!!!!!

The only way to know what modchip you have is to open the machine and look.

As far as what chip is best, all chips anymore can do what just about anything you want. The bios is also very important as that is what will run your chip and machine, thus allowing certain functions like booting different types of media, installing apps, running apps, and backing up games to your HD along with installing and playing emulators.

You should take some time with some tutorials and learn how to FTP to your xbox so you can check out the contents of the HD, unless of course there is an app installed called Xbox Explorer that allows you to view contents.

You can always become a VIP member here and download the latest Autoinstaller and run that to upgrade any apps, bios', and dashboard.

and tell me about the flashers i need a blue flasher is it possible or u get a flasher only with the mod chips ????and for viewing the content of the hdd of xbox is it ok if i install evo x!!!!!coz dats wat is installed in my cousins xbox and its very gud!!!!and which dash board is suggested by u???
