Hello all, today I start my case mod for the competition. I will write more later with some pictures when i start work later today, but now i have to go to work. I just wanted to announce that the name of this xbox will be the "BioX" because it will have a biohazard theme. And for my colors, I am going black and orange, don't worry it will look good. I chose orange because I've never seen an orange xbox that I've liked. They always turn out bad to me, so Im looking at this as a challenge that will be fun, Can't wait to see what impwiz, greven, italian_ice, and dbeal come up if they join in this competition. I dont know right know I just have a blue clear xbox case that i got from clearxbox.com but it cracked when I was putting it together. and they wont email me back to see tell me if they are going to replace it or not so It all depends onwhat they say its been a week and I havent heard anything. an xbox case for $20.00 I should have looked elsewhere and spent the extra money for a good case. If they dont do anything i will see what i can do with it I might be able to get something out of it. But I dont think its going to be as good as yours because this is my first attempt at a case mod

(BTW, this is a paintjob a friend and I did a while ago, using 2-pack GMH (General Motors Holden) Tiger Orange, and Clearcoat. Not too bad, considering we didn't even remove the jewel! Its not the best pic, but you get the idea )

Hey everyone ... i'm SOO SORRY! lol i have been so damn busy. I just started up my own company and its been busy as hell. however i HAVE been working on my box, and i just got more pieces i needed like 20 mins ago from Mr. FedEx i love that man. the filter ok so a fan is going in ... but it will be stealth ... stealthish
paint and its color (had to special order it)
replacing the leds in the fan ... was red .. NOW ORANGE!!!

ill be workin on it for awhile tomarrow ... hopefully bondo will get done so i can paint sunday!! I wold say nothing is going on with the box since the last post by the builder was on Sat Jul 08, 2006 5:22 am , so try a year and a few months ago.

Man I didn't even look at the dates. I was thinking it was recent and getting all pumped up too see how the box came out. Oh well....I never did care for hunter orange anyhow.

Not real sure how the speaker grill on the top of the xbox is going to work. Maybe he is putting a 12" subwoofer in it?
