Hey guys
I have been switching between my MS dash (for live play) and eVox for a while now and today when i went to restore my MS dash everything seemed fine. I went into live and the dash for live wasnt responding. I decided to go to the trouble shooter and when i tried to load it up i got a 21 Error.
How do i get rid of this thing

If you get an error 21 that means that you are missing .dip files on your C Drive or you have .xip's from a different (wrong) dashboard version. One way to fix this is to simply restore a complete backup of the c: drive, if you can, cause your current dash did not restore correctly.
