Not sure if anyone has a need for the Microsoft MN-700 but I just got the 802.11G router from Office Max for only 49.00
I thought that was a pretty good deal, it was labeled as 50% off.
It seems that MS may be getting out of the router business as I see BestBuy has pulled all MS products from the shelf...I'm fearing there is a reason for this.HA.
But, the reason I grabbed it was because I have the MN-740 wireless game adapter for the xbox and have never bothered to use it because I have a wired Linksys router.
I just modded my Halo Unit and it's in my livingroom connected to the bigscreen, so it will be nice to be able to FTP to it now without having to bring into my office, or run a 120' cable!!

Can you let us know what sort of MAXIMUM speed you will receive when ftping files to your xbox over this wireless connection..
I have whats calleda NET EXTENDER but its crap.. It only transfers like 100kb per second.. LAME ..

I will definitely let you know. I was going to try to hook it up tonight, but I have two machines to get out by the morning and a couple on the way. Not to mention got a touch of the bug and feeling like crapola! That's italian for crap.
