Can someone tell me what i did wrong from the following:
Backed uo MS Dash, Soft Modded and Installed Unleash X
Booted up AID 3.0
Installed MS Dash 5960
Install Dashboard (Soft mod) - Unleash X
Install Applications
Install Emulators
I then went to BOOT E:/ and i got the message 'please wait' .
After 2 minutes i switched off as it looked to have crashed.
I then got the error 21 and restored MS Dash.
I'm now back at square 1.

Seems I have just had the same problem. I first softmodded using Sid 4.5 then made an Aid 3.0 disc then proceeded to install everything else and I kept getting errors. Blank errors and error 2 errors. Then I restored e backup and tried to restart the xbox. Got a error 21. Turned it off and back on and it booted but now the LED lights are flashing diff colors. How would I get it back to the way it was before I used the AId disc?

well good news gunchums that your back to step 1 , it could of gotten ALOT WORSER... so be glad that you could of loaded ms dash , just start over.
xS4v10rx : i already replied to your thread , couple of solutions also try to boot aid3 ( by this point i doublt that you can ) but anything is good. also fellow what i suggested edvetaully someting has to work between the solutions _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Thanks for the reply.
But before i start over i need someone to tell me what i did wrong?
Is it possible to install things in the wrong order using AID?
Was installing MS Dash the wrong thing to do?
Is it possible to install applications and emulators without installing a dashboard since i already have Unleash X from SID.
Also do i have to create a new backup of MS Dash every time i use SID?
I know i did something wrong, awnsers to these questions would be extremely helpful.

my bad , well yes its possible to mess up using aid 3 since each section is diffrent . thats why theirs like a tut to read to better inform you on how to use it depending on what softmod you isntalled. no you do not need to install again the dashboard since you already have one , but you have the option to do so for a newer update.
and you do not need to back up the ms dash again since you already have one . _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

I am using AID 3.0.
If you read my posts, i've tried to carefully explain everything i've done so i can be properly advised.
I guess i'll have to wait for a mod to come, no worries.

no worries bro , i was where you were very hot headed and freked out when i nearly broke my LE xbox and theirs a solution to everything 'cept death lol where are you currently at right now? ms dash or modded? what softmod installer did you do? sid 2 sid 4 or 4.5 ?
just so i can pick up ... for example on sid 4.0 and 4.5 you have to install a dash from hacked dashboards insted of softmod . because they work diffrently ex other mods read from C as where 4.0 and 4.5 read from E _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

I don't see a link in the forum?
I think the one click install option would be safer for a noob like me.

hmm 3.2? i think its still being made so its not out yet. the one install optino is very hady indded but it wipes out all of your saved stuff on E ... for what i heard , so it says to back up info or somting like that.
what i really suggest is read about aid 3 so you can get an ideal of how it works

your welcome, sid 4 and 4.5 are made so you cannot mess up . so what installer did you do?
if you have sid 4 read this part
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using the SID 4 system, install a normal dashboard to E Drive, not a softmod one. Due to the way SID 4 is set up it won’t work any other way.
basicly dont put it on C as it was the triditional way of doing it , insted go to E to make things simple. _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
