The VIP sections are like a whole new world to Xbox-HQ (and ofcourse the other HQ network sites). It is always being updated with new homebrew, plus other things

Well I hate to burst your bubble, but there are no game downloads in the VIP section, except for the homebrew ones that have been made.

You're retarded. We would not jeapordize this site with piracy. We in NO WAY support it, whether it's cracks, games, or any other kind of Copyright infringements.
So go ahead, ask Caboose. He'll tell you only one thing. He has access to homebrew software and the VIP servers (which only contain Homebrew).
