Hey guys i havent been here for a while but i have a 16 yearold brother and he wants to have the same benefits that i have with a softmodded xbox on his PS2. i was wondering if i could softmod a PS2. he has the old one not the slim new one. i know PS2's dont have a hdd and that they have modchips out there for the ability to play backups. but i dont have a dvd burner yet so i was wondering if i could ftp the game to it somehow or maybe burn it to a cd-r or cd-rw. without having a chip installed. thanks for reading and get back to me asap. \m/Thor\m/ _________________ If you wanna check out some of my music go to http://www.myspace.com/4evertrying Ill appreiciate your support.

well, technically there is a way to softmod the PS2, but its not as good as an xbox because the software only plays like 98% of all PS2 games, first you need the old PS2 that allowed for you to put a Hard drive in the back, then you need someone with an already modded PS2 to make an exploit, its a long story, just google for HD Advanced. to make a long story short, I would stick with an xbox, the ps2 is too much work. _________________
