hi, welcome i killed my xbox and what did you do??? well that will be my line for the next few years if you guys can't help me. Well i have my xbox Softmodded and i was using the slayer disk to unlock my hdd because i wanted to use it on my PC but then the power was cut of and now i can't lock my hdd anymore. :S what should i do??? you guys have any idea. I have already tried to boot it through DOS but that wouldn't work as well :S You guys know an other way to lock your hdd ???

You really need to give more info. Does the system still turn on, do you have video, any error codes, etc.

here's another person who doesn't understand why you should never mess with tools you don't understand, and that softmods will never work with unlocked hdd's.
..........no offence, but I see this all the time, it's not even funny anymore.
Buy a Modchip, It's the only way to get your xbox to use an unlocked hdd, and you may relock, but once you have a chip, there's no need.
Another alternative, is that if you backed up your eeprom, in either your pc or that hdd, you can take that file and make a xboxhdm to lock it, but if you don't have this file, sorry, modchip time. _________________ Xbox v1.1
