well i would like to now confirm that jabroni is an a$$hole...i filed a claim with paypal a week or 2 ago since he wouldnt return any of my messages and well he never responded to paypal so they found the claim in my fav. in return the max i was able to get back was only 3 bucks and some change. man that really chaps my a$$ he still has another 12 bucks he owes me...i hope this punk burns in hell...oh and i got one of those refund messages from him to awhile back...and well i never got my refund...guess ill see...

well da-goat with the info you supplied and what i have gatherd thats the assholes info (dont ask how i got it)...i dont think everyone and there mom should try calling all at once though...should get someone to do a confirm first..im fairly sure thats him from all the info i have...someone get me a confirm that this was jabroni or ky_wacko@yahoo.com <----paypal account email he used ot reg. and i can do some shit to f#&@ him up or atleast possably supply more info...btw ops at this point i think you should ip ban the fucker...

I understand the anger and this dude sounds like a twit to be sure.
I'm not convinced that it's the right guy but it might be a bluff and we are far enough off that he's hoping for a confrontation.
But perhaps we could look at this a different way and take it as a lesson.
Hell, DJB got hit and as far as I know, no one went over to that dudes house with sticks on fire and breaking windows.
I can only hope that folks will get the $ back but my two cents would be to leave the little jerkoff alone and take the lesson that even paypal is no guarantee that things will be delivered nor money refunded.
I know I've learned from this experience and I would think more than twice before I deal with anyone that doesn't have a long history with the site and even that doesn't guarantee anything.
I'm not financially involved so it's easy for me to stand out here and tell ya what to do, but is the visit going to get the $ back?

i never said we were a gang, he was the one that said yoshie1 was going to beat his ass.
unfortunatly, i dont think its the same guy either. i just talked to him, and unless he got a friend to do it instead, he made a new sn, a new post, and the IP's dont match up. one is from cleavland, the other is from a place in florida.
the original IP of jabroni is that of a person from cleavland. i only asked yoshie1 to check it out see what he can do, not beat him up/kill him etc...
i think that the above only shows how great a family we are at hq that one is willing to help out others when he wasnt even involved him self.
anyway, i thought we had him, but alas, its just a dead end. (kinda makes me know what it feels like to be a cop on a hot case)

well how bad you want this guy da-goat? i went through my chat logs from when i was talkin to him online and he had told me he was sending from kentucky...i also know that his paypal is registered to a Michael Simmons...now if you go and do a white pages search you will come up with 4 different addys for that name through out kentucky...basicly he also stated he went to technical college and left and implication that he had already graduated...i mean i can keep going...there are many easier steps i suppose to try and find out where this guy is...if your going to dispute your claim with paypal or are currently disputing call them up and ask for a snail mail addy as you really wish to try and contact the seller...9 out of 10 times they will give it to you...ah well as for me unless i can get atleast a 90% confirm on this guy i would feel bad morally doing bad things to a stranger....lol....

Alo the dude that showed me the stuff on webcam looked about 40 with a mullet, not a litte kid, and he said he lives in kentucucky, WTF I dont know whats up but i guess we will see.
