I also need help with a TSOP. I am working on a 1.1 I do not have the original hdd. I am using a 80 gig wd drive it works fine. This box is for my son. I have a ver 1.4 with a xecuter 3ce and a 250gig maxtor. I have the points connected on the board. The question is how do I get the x2 bios to flash on the chip. When I boot I gives me a microsoft error. code 5 or 6. I can put the 80 gig in my box and lock it and unlock it. The drive workd fine in my box. It allready has evox on the 80 gig. I have the auto installer ver 3 final. The disk works fine on my box. I have to use my samsung drive to read the disk but that is not the problem. I also have 007 auf on my memcard and I have the disk. But I can not get past the microsoft error. So again the question is how do I flash the bios after the points are done. Thanks

If you have the ability to initiate AID 3, you should be able to migrate over to the folder with all the bios on the disk. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this chip come with it's own operating system like Xenium? _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

My aid 3 disk works fine on the box with the chip. It will not start up on the other one I am working on because of the hdd locking issues. Either hdd locked or hdd unlocked. I can not get past the M$ error code. The 80gig hdd I am trying to use allready has a dashboard and soft mod stuff on it. What I need to know is how do you get the x2 bios into the stock ms bios on the other box I am working on.

you cant tsop flash an xbox with a non workin harddrive ,
what you will need to do is chip the xbox you want to tsop ,
then install a unlocked harddrive on it and lock it ,
after reinstalling msdash
run the aid and go to flashing bios options ,
you have to be able to pull the chip out completely before you flash (with the xbox booted up),
then continue flashing the tsop . make sure you use the roght bios size for your tsop _________________ Xbox v1.0/1.1/1.5/1.6a
