Ok, I know it's possible to use a mouse on XBMC (at least have the cursor show up) because I had a build that when I clicked the left thumbstick, it brought up a mouse pointer that I controlled with the left joystick.
Well, now that my computer's out of commission, I'm using my new Logitech S510 wireless keyboard/mouse setup on my xbox (hense how I'm typing this now... once again, thanks, LinksBox). Anywho, I plug in the USB (via adapter from llamma.com) and the keyboard works great. XBMC picks up the fact that there's a mouse on the same port, but the newest build (3-12-06 I think) doesn't have any reference to a mouse (being used), only the keyboard. But if I click the right thumbstick, select "System Info" and go down to "System" it shows "Port 3: keyboard port 3: mouse". So It know that the mouse is there. How do I enable this feature? And better yet, can I enable this in LinksBox too?. Any input from anyone over the next few hours would be great. I love the fact that XBMC supports USB devices, I just hope it doesn't need them to all be separate. And if they do, why does XBMC recognize it under system info? _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."

I've never tried it, so I doubt I'm going to be of help.
But I'd like the topic bumped so that someone else might give us the answer.
Enigma and I were talking about this very thing and he suggested the mouse and keyboard combination that produces this:

Yo!
I got a keyboard mouse combo & a separate microsoft wireless mouse,
the combo mouse doesn`t work and the last time i try`d the microsoft mouse it worked.
I`m guessing that its somthing to do with an extra usb hub or somthing in the combo that isn`t in the stand alone mouse.
the combo mouse works fine under linux however but thats something totaly
diffrent.
And of course, now I can't get my question answered, because by the time someone reads all of this thread, they've forgotten my problem... You two are fired! lol. _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
