first of all hello people im Boozer........ right i have recently purchased xecuter 2.6 for my v1.6 xbox now i no i have got to flash the chip i have downloaded the x2_5035_v16plus-512k will this bios be safe enuff or will i need a different 1...........secondly i no im gunna need a dashboard ive d/l evox and would be greatfull if some1 could point me in the right direction to an "idiots guide" on how to install the dashboard as u all no theres a first time for everything

You are definetaly going to want to download AID 3.0 (short for Auto Installer Deluxe 3.0) It is the all in one xbox modifying utility ever created. It has everything from dasboards to emulators and eeprom changing utilites on it. It is by far the easiest all in one tool to use with great instructions.
