I'm in the process of trying to FTP XBMC over to my box, I've edited the xml file and just need to identify the alternative (non MS)XBE file to overwrite with the XBMC.XBE. Trouble is XBOXDASH.XBE (which i believe is the original) is only 656Kb & the only other "msxboxdash.XBE" is 1.33 MB which i believe is the same size a the original MS XBE. Any chance the 2 could have been switched (i didn't mod the box) to allow the bios? I dont really wanna overwrite the wrong XBE & shaft my box.

Executer 2 n ExoX6 no clue what the bios is

Why not just use XBMC as an app and put it on the E:/ drive?
