So! , im goin along with the soft-mod method to install EvoX. now i need to know how u transfer Emu's apps etc from PC to the Xbox! :O

oh and if i install EvoX through the soft-mod method, would xboxlive stop working?

You can tranfer your emulators via a FTP program like FlashFXP. _________________

read under my signiture and u'll see how easy it is to ftp.... no u can stil use xbox live... just make sure to get sid 4 .0 and put dualboot=retail .... and i'd say get unleash x better then evo-x ... evo x is just too simple.. _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

patchcable is not a crossover cable a crossover is a crossover.
A patch cable is designed to connect two dis-similar devices (e.g. a NIC and a hub) and a crossover cable is designed to connect to similar devices (e.g. a NIC to a NIC or a hub to a hub). Good enough?
Most client devices (NIC's) transmit on pins 1 & 2 (orange and orange/white) and receive on pins 3 & 6 (green and green/white). Hubs (or switches) transmit on 3 & 6 and receive on 1 & 2.
Therefore, a standard patch cable is straight-through, and a crossover cable swaps those two pairs. _________________

kicker : yea man its all perfect..... now have u been to xbox live with that xbox before? the reason why i ask that is 2 reason really ..... 1 because u need to create xbl accounts before u do the softmod ..... and 2 becuase if u never been on xbox live with that xbox then its a good ideal to change hds if u plan on upgrading the hd before u first sign in to xbox live .....
and if seriously u play alot of xbox live then i think sid 4 .5 is going to be better..... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
