Do i have to create a MS backup....A MOD BACKUP....AND A Eprom backup??????? And also how do i get this program for XBL called NDURE?

You only have to make an eeprom and a ms backup. You don't need the backup but its optional. It's just small steps to protect your xbox. After you create the MS and eeprom backup, choose install softmod than its will ask you if you want to install ndure or not.
