Is your xbox soft modded, or is that what you are trying to do?

Are you having problems downloading them onto your PC?
If so, how are you DL'ing? (Torrent or VIP server)
What exactly, are the problems that you are having?
OR
Are you having problems installing to your XBox? _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

Which Torrent client are you using? (I use uTorrent)
Also the time of day has a big impact. (Internet Traffic) I usually start a Torrent and then go to bed. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

You need to Un-RAR it and then burn the .iso to a disk and run that in your XBox. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

How did you burn it?
In the tools folder is DVDdecrypter, it is reccomended that you use this program to burn the .iso file (not all of the files and folders, just the disk image.) to a disk.
CD-rw's have been reccomended by a lot of users and Admin's. CD-r's work well in my experiance with a Samsung DVD drive, I use DVD's for the rest of the drives. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

There is a file in the AID 3.0 folder that has a .iso extension, this is the file that needs to be burned to disk.
In the tools folder you will find DVDdecrypter, you need to install this program to PROPERLY burn this file.
When you have PROPERLY burned the disk, you WILL NOT be able to read it in your computer! (It is in a different file-system that windows does not recognize!) _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

That's OK, we are just using that software to burn the disk image (.ISO file). You can use a CD-rw, as long as the image will fit on the selected media.
