I having trouble with the bio's I can't to get any to seem to work I'm write and when i go to see if they are there all it does is go on and off twice and on the third it does nothing but leave with a black I'm using a xbit I can turn off and load up normal if any can I need by tomorrow plz it will help me.

have a read of this tutorial here.. It will walk you through the flashing process step by step mate.
