I can copy the savegames from my PC to the Action Replay memcard, but when I open it in the Dashboard I can see the save but there isn't a copy option, just a delete option. Also, when I run the 007 install, it goes to a weird screen saying my xbox needs service (there aren't any save games on the xbox hd). Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, thats exactly how I got the game on the memcard.

When you see the gamesave, press your d-pad or left thumbstick to the right then press A , you'll see the copy option.
