I assume you are talking about feedback that was given to you on XBL?
I don't use XBL, so forgive me for not being sure. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with XBL enough to answer the question.
What I did do is bring the topic to the XBL forum where users that are very familiar with XBL may be able to guide us to the answer.
I did a look on google but didn't see anything that would lead me in the right direction, so I turn to the experts here for help. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

I think it is just people lying on live saying they removed their bad feedback. I have never seen a tutorial nor have the people who said they did it actually give a real explanation. They usually just say something like, "sorry, its a secret" or "it's to complicated to explain".
Basically, Don't worry about feedback. It takes a ton of feedback to get kicked off of live anyways, so unless you are actually cheating, don't worry. And if you are cheating, it's probably M$ themselves who are going to kick you off. _________________ XBOX- V1.0

There is no way to delete feeback over XBL. If you did, why would there be a feedback system? All feedback stays with you permanantly and if it builds up and seems substantial then you will suspended. Feedback definately works because I know several people who've gotten suspended. And if you feel you've been wrongfully accused, then you just send bungie or XBL an email. But the first suspensions are only like one or two days.
