PAULHARRIS, please ANSWER THE RESPONSE, or I will delete the post out of spite
Seriously, you have 2 posts, you chime in for one 3 word answer.
Give us some substance, b/c at this point, you are not a reliable source, if you would have elaborated it might establish a basis for your electrical knowledge.
I am not "dissin" you in anyway, but c'mon, you would be pissed off with an answer like that. _________________ XBOX v1.6

You might be able to use other screens, but there's no guarantee they will be this easy. This one is made to receive composite signals, so it's easy to hook up to standard equipment. However, GBA screens do not receive composite video in....also, how are you going to isolate the decoder board for the lcd from the rest of the system? I really doubt they're using something like composite video, it's probably more along the lines of what pdas and all use which is more similar to pc hardware, so maybe vga would work? Probably not though. There's no real way to tell. Other lcd screens made for consoles will work because they're already equipped to handle the appropriate signals. As for a handheld tv, that won't be easy unless it has video inputs aside from the antenna. Otherwise you'll have to determine where the translated signal is sent to the screen and tap in there or something.
I got that from a post in X-S posted by cueball13 _________________
