well your system will run ok so long as its bare, no extra programs no extra processes and it will run ok as for your nic card im gonna look around for any known issues. _________________

Trust me on a older system your gonna need more mem well even the new systems you need more mem on a newer computer that i worked on it struggled with 128 mb if you increase it another 128 it will run better, and the bad news, i couldnt find anybody that had any problems with the network card, but ill keep checking. _________________
