Just wondering how safe or damaging it is to do an in game reboot? (You know the L Trigger R trigger ECT)

I thought I had seen somewhere on here that somone didn't really recommend it. But it was in a post somwhere buried deep in the forum and I couldn't remember the full discussion.

I would avoid doing it while a save is going on. Grin. Also, many people recommend doing it at one of the menu screens and such, that way, some of those games that do infinite persistance save games for check points, won't get a corrupt save game.
