everyone , ok heres my problem , ok ..... i recently bought a L.E.D. fan and installed it,but i started up the xbox to make sure the led's worked,ok and they did,so i turned it off and hooked up my HDD and cd/dvd drive now every time i start up my xbox im gettin a "07" error code and it says that that is a HDD error,so im stuck ,ive tried everything to get it to work and it doesnt,when the xbox boots up the flubber animation comes up and so does the "x" logo,but no "XECUTER2" logo.so i removed the fan and put my original fan back in,ok so thats about it,i have no idea whats up and am furious that my box isnt working cuz i just got ManHunt on there(aint that a bitch) so if anyone has any suggestions or ideas let me know cuz im willing to try almost anything if it'll get my xbox working again,ok peace _________________ Xbox Version 1.0

thats no good at all ..
Im guessing but i think you might not have the IDE cable plugged all the way in.. Check all the connectors on the xbox HDD and DVDROM and make sure they are correctly fitted.
the error code your machine is giving is this:
07 - kernel - HDD timeout
So its definately a problem with your cables i would say.
yea ill do that,its not at my house now,but ill definetly check em again when i get the chance,i figured out the what the code means(i know you told me)on llama but i dont know im just praying nothings wrong with my hdd,but thanks for the advice,later _________________ Xbox Version 1.0

ehh well .... bad news.... my HDD is dead and had to replace it oh well,shit happens,i just got a 80 gig for now just to re-cooperate , and got another xbox (woohoo) to mod,one thing, whats the main difference between the xecuter 2.x and the xenium ice modchips,im going to mod my other one soon and was thinking of experimenting with another chip but wanted to get some info on the chip 1st,later _________________ Xbox Version 1.0
