Hi all, tommorrow I will be softmodding my brother's new Xbox (WHICH CAN RUN CD-RS!! he bought it at a pawn shop...it seems to be a 1.0...(and the music the previous owners had on it was crap.)) and I just wanna make sure I've got this right as it's been 5 months since I softmodded mine and my memory is stuffed. I've put together a little kit containing Krayzie's UXE installer's saves, an installer for Action Replay and an instruction .txt. These are my instructions (the kit is for my friends to use, it will not be sold.)

Step 1. Use Action Replay app to put the two saves on a USB drive or memory card.
Step 2. Copy the two saves to the Xbox HDD via the memory menu.
Step 3. Run Splinter Cell _ONE_, NOT Pandora Tomorrow or Chaos Theory.
Step 4. On the main menu, select 'Start Game' then the 'Linux' or 'Install Linux' game save. On the next screen choose 'CHECKPOINTS', 'LEVELS' will cause the Xbox to lock up.
Step 5. The screen should go black, this is normal. Between 10 to 15 seconds later, you should be given a blue menu which resembles the MS dash. Select the option 'Create MS Backup', which will backup the entire contents of your C: to E:backupMS. Now select the option 'Create Mod Backup', which will backup your EEPROM.
Step 6. Choose 'Install Softmod'. This will mod your Xbox. DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR XBOX. Let the mod install, when it finishes you'll notice that the installation prompt and status bar have disappeared.
Step 7. Now, select 'Install EvoX' and let it install. Once it is finished reboot the Xbox and, if all went well, you should be greeted with an EvoX dash.
Step 8. Go to AIDeluxe.com and download Auto-Installer deluxe. This is an ISO that you can burn which will let you choose some of the most popular apps/emus to install to your Xbox. You WILL need to burn it to a CD-RW.

I just wanna know if I got that all right for this certain exploit. Also, I need to know if Krayzie's UXE installer has the clock loop bug. I probably SHOULD know, but I haven't actually had my xbox unplugged for more than 10 minutes since I modded it.
(Plus, it's my birthday tomorrow , I'm only doing this for him because I bought a laptop on his B'Day last year...)
