I would like to extract all the pre-rendered videos from the "Ninja Gaiden" game on the XBOX. I used to do this back in the days of the original "PlayStation". I used to just put the disk in and run a program that sorta took all the "Final Fantasy XIII" movie-clips off the C.D. and dumped them on to my hard drive. I thought that all the "Ninja Gaiden" movie clips were all .VOB files like on a regular DvD but i was verry wrong. I thought i could just decrypt the .VOB files and put them on my hard drive. but every time i put the "Ninja Gaiden" DvD in my computers DvD R.O.M. drive a disk with the name "SEP13011042072" shows up in my D:\ drive. And when i try to look at what's in this disk there is no data visible except for a few .VOB files that say something to the toon of "This game is ment to be used only in the XBOX game console". I don't have a clue where to start and i really wan't to strip all the cool videos off of the "Ninja Gaiden" game and watch them on my P.C. If there is any way to do this let me know because i really wan't to see these videos any time i wan't.

P.S. I don't have a modded "XBOX" but if i have to hack my "XBOX" in order to see these videos any time i wan't i don't have a problem doing so.

You are going to need a modded machine to rip the game with. Then you can FTP the correct files over to your PC HD.

Unless of course you already find one online that is ripped, I am usure what format the videos are in as I have never taken the time to study them, but it's probably something that can be viewed on your PC.

If that doesn't work you could always do it the hard way by using XDK's video capture mode.

Where do i go to find a pre-flashed mod chip. I'm not real comfortable with flashing bios's. We got bad power here and i'm afraid my lights could go off during mid flash. Would a soft-modded xbox be best for me Question

I would go with a chip not soft modded. Most chips come pre flashed now with a bios such as crommwel. I got my first chip from www.xbox-mod.co.uk. The ALX2 is a good all round chip and comes pre flashed. If you don't want anything fancy then it's a good one to go for.
