yeah, how do I set the clock on my xbox?
(btw, I can't go to MS DASH, everytime I do I get "Error 21")

To my knowledge that is the only way to set your clock. There is an app called xbox watch, but I am unsure if that will physically set your time.
I have it, but I always get sent to my msdash settings to set time.
Is it possible to rectify your error 21 issue? Is your msxboxdash.xbe possibly messed up? You can always download a known good version and try to restore.
I have also see several tutorials on fixing error 21 codes by removing xbox live from the machine. My advice is to do a google, excite, and yahoo search on xbox error 21 and start a process of elimination.
