I have been searching all over the net for an answer to this q. I installed an xbit in a xbox v1.1 (wired) and it powers on beeps & shuts off then powers back on and shuts off then back on and starts flashing and then does a hdd seak and sits there with no vid. if I put the chip in stealth mode it works fine w/ xboxdash. I have installed several xbit chips before but not in xb1.1's. I found a couple forums with this posted and they said they switched bios's and it worked fine. I have tried several, including x2 4977; 4980; 4981.o6. I have tried using a bios that I pulled stright off another one of my xbit chips in a xb1.0 that works great. any ideas would be great

Sounds like you may need to consult the company that you purchased the chip from. It may be bad, who knows. The fact that you have ample experience with this chip says you know what you're doing.

If it's a bios issue, the retailer should be able to assist you with specs.
