Nope, they are not digitally signed. You require the original M$ disc to play on live. and you can't back it up to the HDD either. And you would have to Restore M$ settings with your softmod
Meaning, you woudn't be able to read the unsigned disc as well. You require a hacked bios for that. _________________ XBOX v1.6

i'm not 100% sure as i don't know how all the cheating is going on but i'd say no. well you could but you would prolyl gt banned fairly quickly. it will take m$ about 3 secodns to realize you are not using the m$ bios which can't read a burnt game

Some people can get away with the bios deal for a while, but it all ends the same way.
You could try a modchip, but I am not guarenteeing you will get away with it. As a matter of fact, have a Rubik's Cube ready, you will need something when you can't get back on _________________ XBOX v1.6
