ok i found my eeprom and i got a tutorial from pirrup on how to make a hard for use in the xbox(softmoding) and followedhis instructions step by step and when i got to where the unlocking code was it was not there but i saw the locking code so has anyone had this trouble before? please need help and thanx _________________ xbox v1.0

Oh man, you are so far beyond where I've gone. If I was to guess (and it would be a guess) I think that you are seeing the proper key. But I don't want your request for help to get buried out here.

to tell you the truth i need both but i need to recover my original because i did somthin to it and really f*cked it up and i need to unlock it so i can build 1 from scratch also i have my C and E drives on my computer and i was wondering where the EEProm was i cannot find it _________________ xbox v1.0
