Before I get my X3,
I want to try Softmodding (again)
What;s the diff in AID and SID?
Can I use XBL when I have the mod on?.... I read from a site that I can leave the tray open, and it'll boot the Softmod. And when I leave it closed, it'll boot the norman MS dash, correct?

no you have to remove the softmod to go on XBL otherwise you'll get banned.
SID (softmod installer deluxe, is a package which includes all the gamesave exploits need to softmod your xbox.
AID (Auto installer Deluxe) is a Package that people who have modified their xbox whether it be hardware or softmod, it has heaps a emulators, application, dashboards etc. everything you need to make the most of your modded xbox
