Hello,
I'm new here and i was planning to softmod my xbox this weekend but i was wondering if i can use an action replay 2 card to transfer the saved game and will it work. Anyone got experience with it? Hope someone can help me out with this..
As far as Action Replay --> "2" <-- I'm not even sure what that means.
I can tell you that Action Replay for xbox works.

yer ive used action replay to softmod my xbox very esily, just put the saves on as you normally would, is that '2' after action replay a typo? cause ive never heard of an action replay 2 either

I tried, but the file save is dameged after i transfered it in to the Action Replay MC. More over, the Action Replay 1.4 doesnot allow me to add new savegiles that is not fromcodejunjies.com.

softxbox...perhaps another action replay software version might do the trick for you. Assuming that it installs just drag and drop the file you need right in. I have pm'd you details as to how to grab it from me.

Can you tell me the Action Replay software that you are using ?
The AR 1.4 Im usingwork good on normal filesave, but not Hacked files. I wasted $30.00. I am just orded Mega X-key for $ $42.00. Hope that it will work.
Beside, I wanna tell people that AR not always work if you wanna use it to softmod the xbox.

Check the downloads page of the AID site (www.aideluxe.com). It has AR Software that works with the softmod, 1.3x I believe. The new AR Max must be using new software, so I don't know if the 1.3x software will be compatible or not.
Another reason why the Action Replay doesn't work sometimes is because of the actual memory card that action relpay give you. If you use an official MS memory card along with the Action Replay Memory Card Reader, you should have no problems.
The Mega X-Key is a good investment, I have one myself

I am going to buy the Mega X key. I checked the website. They say it will work good on softmoding the xbox. and people who want to soft xbox like me must notice that DO NOT use Action Replay, use Mega X key.
