Umm just a quick question to see if you peoples can help;

I just got my xbox done up and because i sold all my games i was counting on uploading them from my uncles xbox but when i went to use the xbox ftp client (which allows xbox to xbox transfers) it wouldnt connect to the other xbox we add in ip addresses from each xbox but im just wondering could it be that we are using different dashboards, i use evox and he uses nexgen??

any help or tutorials available would be appreciated

Make sure the subnet mask on both boxes match, and the default gateway of the box that is running xbftp is set to the others boxes ip adress.

xbftp will will sometimes hang when transfering multiple directories, so if your transfering games, it may be best to send them to your computer and then to the other xbox.

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Default Gateway 192.168.0.2
make sure use static IP's is on

**Xbox that wants files on it**
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
IP Address 192.168.0.2
